The COCO, I’m An Olympian … Get Me Out Of Here! charity cyclists which includes Steve Cram, Daley Thompson, Allison Curbishley along with radio and television presenter Colin Murray have completed their four day charity bicycle safari fundraiser across rough Kenyan terrain.

During their final day’s cycling, the team took time out to visit the Maasai Academy where Daley Thompson opened a new nursery classroom funded by the charity and the team enjoyed a game of football with local children.

Presenter Colin Murray even managed to recruit another Kenyan supporter for his Northern Ireland Supporters’ Club.

During their four day trek, the team covered 150km of Kenyan wilderness and  cycled up combined inclines higher than Kilimanjaro.

It isn’t too late to sponsor the I’m An Olympian … Get Me Out Of Here! cyclists, and if you’d like to help support the great work the charity is involved with in Kenya, please visit their Virgin Money Giving page.
