Kenyan socialite and conservationist Jecca Craig is rumoured to be wearing a Temperley Bridal dress when she marries Professor Jonathan Baillie at her family’s 55,000 acre Lewa estate today (26 March), in a ceremony attended by Prince William.
The company was launched in 2000, with Temperley designs proving very popular with many well known personalities including William’s wife Catherine Duchess of Cambridge, Amber Heard, Beyonce, Emma Watson, Florence Welch, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Chastain, Kate Hudson, and Penelope Cruz.
“Launched following Alice Temperley’s own wedding in 2002 the ‘Temperley Bridal’ collection is a romanticized version of Temperley London, celebrating the ethereal, sensual nature of the brand.
“As of 2011 Temperley Bridal has expanded to two collections a year, containing a wide variety of fantasy dresses in silhouettes that celebrate the female form, resulting in a collection of dresses memories are made in. Each piece conveys an elegance and sophistication, all with the same timeless and feminine nature that is the Temperley handwriting.” – Temperley Bridal website
