The UK High Commission in Kenya are hosting an online Chevening Scholarship Live Question and Answer session today (Wednesday 4 October 2017) between 13:00 – 14:00 for anyone interested in learning more about the Chevening Scholarship Programme.

If you are unable to join the the session on the UK in Kenya Facebook page or Twitter feed, you can still submit your questions on the page and the team will strive to respond.

The Chevening programme provides financial support to outstanding individuals with leadership potential to study postgraduate courses at universities across the United Kingdom.

Chevening is the UK Government’s global scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations.

The scholarships support study at UK universities – mostly one year Master’s degrees – for individuals with demonstrable potential to become future leaders, decision-makers, and opinion formers.

Alumni from Kenya’s Chevening scholarships includes two Cabinet Secretaries, a Supreme Court Judge and a host of high ranking officials both in public and private sectors.
