BATUK hold cultural day at Kifaru Barracks

The British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK) celebrated their diversity with a cultural day at Kifaru Barracks which included stands from over 6 nations including Fiji, Nepal, Kenya, Gambia, Nigeria and of course the UK.

BATUK maintains a small presence at Kifaru Barracks, which is situated in Nairobi within a Kenyan Army Base, providing a logistic and transport hub.

Members of the Kenya Defence Forces came to celebrate this important day with representatives of 4 Corps and were met by Commander BATUK.

The stands not only showcased individuals cultures, but allowed people to taste different national foods and challenged them to compete in various games.
