This weekend, Hob House are hosting a number of Yoga classes.
On Saturday, you can experience Vinyasa Flow Yoga with two hour-long classes starting at 9am and 11am.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“.
On Sunday, Gentle Yoga classes lasting an hour will be also taking place at 9am and 11am.
Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. The approach hopefully includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises.
