This morning, the UK High Commissioner to Kenya, Nic Hailey, was a guest on Capital FM’s breakfast show, Capital in the Morning.
Joining hosts Amina Abdi and Maqbul Mohammed, the British diplomat discussed tomorrow’s Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The wedding will take place at St George’s Chapel, Windsor tomorrow (Saturday 19 May), following their engagement on 27 November last year.
The service will begin at St George’s Chapel at midday (2pm Kenya time) and will be conducted by the Dean of Windsor, The Rt Revd. David Conner. The Most Revd. and Rt Hon. Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury, will officiate as the couple make their marriage vows.
At 1pm (3pm Kenya time), following the service, the couple will travel around Windsor in a horse-drawn carriage, providing an opportunity for members of the public to see them and join in with the celebrations.
